SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

We ship to all 50 United States.  We are not shipping items internationally at this time.   Currently we utilized USPS, FedEx, UPS, depending on location, price and customer preference.

 

Purchases over $75.00 qualify for free shipping.  Typically, smaller items ship USPS PRIORITY mail with tracking number and insurance while machines larger and larger items ship FedEx and UPS.

 

We are not responsible for any damage after the item leaves the store.  PLEASE keep all original packaging until the 14 day return period has expired and you are happy with the item.

 

All items are carefully packed to avoid damage during transport and delivery.

 

Buyer agrees to only use addresses that the postal service recognizes.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Please contact us prior to returning any items so that we can discuss options.  All items have a minimum 14 day returns at no cost to the original buying customer.

 

Sewing machines have a 14 day return policy with seller paying return shipping when there is a defect or “Item not as described” issue or other problem with said machine.  Seller agrees to send a shipping label via email for buyer to print and attach to item that is being returned.

 

Buyer agrees to carefully repack any items for return to avoid damage in shipment.  If there is damage to item up receipt, photos are required so that we can help with any claims against carrier.

 

All questions and/or concerns should be communicated in writing to us within the 14 days of receiving items.
